Maagi helped us find a rental in the area during covid. We were coming from out of state with a newborn and had to rely on her presumed professionalism to find a house for us. She rented us a disgusting crack house. Upon moving in it was dirty, cockroach infested, the washer and dryer were broken. The garbage disposal was broken. It wasn't cleaned at all. A month into this rental we are still trying to even get the nasty crack house grime cleaned. And this isn't a cheap rental either ($2300/month). Update: after finding this review she called me and made it clear that her intention was to help the landlord and she does not care about the incoming tenants. Multiple times she said she didn't care. She also did not respond when I reached out to her upon move in to address these issues. It took this review to get a response. She and the landlords are aligned in maintaining that professional cleaners were hires and therefore the property was clean, but this property was not clean nor functional. After weeks of intense cleaning, exterminating cockroaches, and making dump runs to dispose of 50 gallons of hazmat I would finally begin to call this clean.
