We sold the house in two days after listing on Nov 25–a very positive experience ! Of course, we had followed recommendations for pre-sale improvements before handing over the keys to Reema on Nov 15. She then made preparations for listing (photos, appearance, etc) over the next week.

With Reema as our agent, we were able to sell our house within 3 days of listing. Reema was very helpful and explained us the process of selling our house in detail. She staged the house for photographs and arranged open house at the right time. We had multiple offers and Reema was very good negotiating with the buyers agent(s).
