I met Kamal when I was going with one of my colleague to see a potential house for him to buy. When I met him for the first time I was impressed based on his experience and full time availability and since I was also searching for home for myself I made my mind to work with him. Kamal has an extensive knowledge in the house market and has an excellent negotiation skills. Great personality and easy to talk to. He showed us so many townhouses and single houses per our requirement. Before we made an offer he told us exactly what need we need to do to win and that eventually made our offer better. He answer his phone right away and if he is busy he will text you to let you know that he will call back. He reply his text and emails almost right away. His communication skill is excellent. He also speaks multiple languages which is very much helpful.
