Shan was extremely helpful in our buying decision. He first listened and understood our requirements and budget; and then shortlisted places for us to see. While visiting houses, he provided valuable expert advise on points that a novice buyer like us would not have. We were able to shortlist a place fairly quickly and Shan skilfully advised on the negotiations to lower the price and helped in each subsequent of the buying process until we locked into a home and the related paperwork of getting a home inspection done, getting a title agent and securing financing.
