We cannot thank Rupali enough for her services. In our neighborhood, we had a short sale, a cash sale, and a third sale (less than a year ago) far below market for homes nearly the exact same floor plan as ours. We had to sell our home, but were very leery of putting it on the market due to those prior low sales. When Rupali told us the price she wanted to list our home for, we thought it was too high. She told us not to worry and asked us to trust her. We had an offer 48 hours later very close to asking price! It was unbelievable. We anticipated sitting on the market awhile just like the other homes, and were amazed at how quick we were under contract.
