This review has been a long pending one. Manu helped us buy our home on our terms. We were just shopping around not very serious at the time we started but we never felt pressured to buy or bid at a certain price. This being said we also got good advice on the price point we should bid, in order to get a home. However, we felt that we had the flexibility to make our decision, as it should be. Buying a new home is a daunting process for a first time buyer. She made us feel comfortable, made the whole process seamless. Manu is also very responsive and prompt. I would highly recommend her as a realtor.

He had made both combined and separate calls to speak to my husband and me to gather a different perspective for what we were looking for in a home. After that when we went to check the home, he specifically pointed out the caveats (and that’s why I think of him everyday) in the home which I might not like in the long run (since he knew me and my lifestyle for a while!). It gave me a chance to review my specs one more time and I told him that it’s one of the compromises I wanted to make, after running by all the pros with him. When it was time for the meat: the finances, he helped us engage with a mortgage consultant who arranged all the preapproval docs in a jiffy but with great accuracy! He continued his help till the last day of the process even with a now-seemingly-trivial-but-then-very-important task of getting the home thoroughly cleaned before we entered it. And it didn’t end there! We weren’t so sure about selling our older home right away. He gave us time and perspective about the gamut of options we had for selling the home. Then when we decided to sell our previous place in a few weeks, Srini took time for us right away and helped us strike a great deal without even listing it and ensured a good price for the home.
