Finding a home in Silicon Valley is always challenging with the market being super competitive. It was doubly hard during Covid times as there were no open houses to research. Her offer estimates and comps though unbelievable at first, but you soon start to realize they were very accurate in hindsight. Her knowledge about the area and the market were up-to-date. Being a bit detail oriented person who likes to understand what i am getting into, she dealt with me with patience and replied to all the questions with the best of her knowledge, when she was not aware of something she was not afraid to show her unawareness about it instead of giving half-baked information. Her recommendations about pre-approval contacts and lenders were great. She was a great liaison between me and the lenders/pre-approval contact, whenever required to clear any misunderstanding. Her team of lenders are also very professional and great. Manu also knows when to push her buyer clients and guide them to better their offer in subsequent tries so that the buyer gets the home. Though at first you would feel it is unnecessary, but in hindsight it is very important and should take such guidance with seriousness. Such push and guidance is definitely required to come to terms with the market conditions and submit a winning offer. She has the skill of taking a raw buyer and creating environment that helps ripen buyer to get the home. Even after closing the deal, she is recommending me contractors to perform minor work in the home.
