Ravnish can get you a house in this seller market!! Ravnish was recommended by a relative who recently bought a house with him. He talked over the phone and he started sending me house listings. We have been going to open houses for a while ourselves. In a couple of weeks, I found one house that I liked. He sent me disclosures. We saw the house one more time with him in an evening. I gave an offer and got a multiple counter offer from the seller as there were two other buyers. I initially offered lower than what Ravnish thought the house would sell for as it was around the upper range of my budget. I increased the offer but not the amount that the seller wanted. Ravish communicated the seller’s agent and got me the info on what the others were offering. After talking with another realtor who I know from my son’s day care, he convinced me that paying somewhat extra wouldn’t matter in a few years as the house prices have been going up.
