Joe was very responsive to our questions/follow-ups and kept in constant touch with potential buyers. He did an excellent job working with the eventual buyer's agent to make sure that everything went smoothly. The buyer was from out-of-town, with an in-experienced agent, so it complicated things, but Joe stayed on top of everything and even provided some guidance to the other agent.
