As a first-time buyer, the home-buying process seemed a bit overwhelming, but thanks to Mohan Chalagalla at Realty Experts, it went much smoother than we had anticipated. I have known Mohan for 3+ years now and when we were planning to buy our second home, we reached out to him to get some advice around Bay area real estate trends. Even though the interest rates were high compared to prior years, Mohan suggested that we start our home buying process without further delay. Mohan is hands on and extremely detailed and he did not waste any time to prepare a list of properties that we could look at based on our criteria and created a schedule along with getting appointments for home tours.
