Neetu was recommended to us by our close friends who purchased their home with her help last year.  After listening to them talking several times about the awesomeness of their agent when they talked about their purchase, we requested for Neetu's contact details when we decided to buy a house ourselves. We called Neetu on 04/04/2020, she spent more than an hour patiently educating us about the process and the steps involved, and created a Whatsapp group for quick communication.  She also explained the changes in housing market due to COVID, and guided us where to compromise and where to be aggressive along the process.Over the week, we shared several houses that we liked on Redfin.  Every time, almost immediately, Neetu shared whatever information she had on each of those properties and helped us understand the pros and cons of buying the houses we posted.  She acquired the inspection reports for some of these houses when they were available.  Neetu scheduled walk-in appointments for three of those houses for 04/11/2020.  During the walk-in, Neetu pointed out what was good about each of those houses, and what were the drawbacks.  We saw her expertise when she was able to call out the seller's bluffs in their advertisement on a particular house. As we decided on a house, over the next two days, Neetu helped us negotiate the price with the selling agent and brought down the price by $19K.  We got the mutual on 04/13, Neetu smartly convinced the sellers to agree to 05/15 for the closing date as we needed time to sort out our mortgage and home insurance options.  Neetu further negotiated with the sellers on our behalf to get some compensation for very minor repairs found during our inspection.   She also helped us keep some of the furniture we liked from the previous owners. She was very professional and tactful through and through.  We thoroughly endorse Neetu for anybody looking for houses.

Neetu helped us buy our first home during a time where the market was absolutely crazy! We were trying to buy a home as soon as possible because we're ready to start a family and get out of apartment living! We really felt valued and Neetu always listened to what was most important to us, and she always recommend homes right up our alley! It was a blessing to have found Neetu !! Neetu was recommended to us from a very good colleague at work. We were first time homebuyers during the crazy Covid market and Neetu was nothing but informative and patient with our never ending list of questions. She kept an open communication channel and had an amazing turnaround time. Neetu is unique in the sense she is very proactive and diligent by doing all the background work on the potential listing beforehand and is ready with the answers even before you come up with the questions. I sent her links to homes that i had loved (from recent sales on zillow/ redfin) even if they were no longer available on the market. She was able to quickly understand our taste and requirements using those as samples. Also Neetu was very knowledgeable and honest about the houses we viewed. There were times when we wanted to make an offer though our hearts were not fully convinced (as we had a timer -our parents were soon visiting from India) and it was Neetu who advised us to wait for the right home and not make haste. She is always looking out for her client's interest which is what i absolutely loved about her !! To further add, she moves at lightning speed and is very detailed oriented. We viewed less than 7 homes in 11 days and bid on 2, and got lucky on the second one (a beautiful gem in Bothell) thanks to her negotiation skills and frequent communication with all the stakeholders (seller agent, appraiser, lender etc) I cannot write enough about her. Not only did she help us buy a house, but she helped us buy our “Dream Home”.
