After speaking to with a local real estate team about selling my father's home, we were given little hope that we could get fair market value on the price of his property due to recent foreclosures in the same building. I went on Redfin and inquired about an agent in the area and was directed to several partner agents and after reading reviews and searching property transactions, I chose Vipul Modha. I emailed Vipul about my required services and within 10 mins. he contacted me about setting up a meeting. We met at my father's property a few days later and he had a vast amount of market and property information on my father's home. He explained the sale process and it was very clear to me that he would represent our best interests. Upon completion of prepping the unit for sale, we had multiple offers. We choose an offer above our listing price, and although we could have waited for more offers, under no pressure at all we decided that we would accept 1 of the 6 presented offers. All offers were at listing price or higher and much more than the team I inquired about said we could get. Escrow went very well, and through the entire process Vipul kept us up to date on the progress and any information that needed to be relayed between parties.
