This review is wayyyyy... overdue . So thought I would add my review now- Better late than never ! Harish truly deserves an outstanding review, he represented me when I purchased my home last year. He was very patient with me when I saw several homes but did not want to put in an offer due to one reason or another. Finally I settled on a home and a price and did not want to change my budget. Harish effectively negotiated with the seller agent and got me the home !!!! He is very courteous, punctual, responsive and absolutely knows the process very well. I was extremely busy with my work however he was there personally overseeing every single aspect of the purchasing process be it an appraisal, home inspection, getting quotes for issues found in the home inspection, even driving to my home to pick up a check !!!! Working with Harish was a good experience. He listens to the buyer requirement and filters out accordingly. Sometimes we have to change our requirements frequently as a we did not like or we were wanting to explore the other iptions available. He was patient and kept showing us properties. Gurmeet is a true professional, we found him while searching homes on Zillow. He was very patient with us while we look for our dream home about two months. Gurmeet was available all the times and answered all of our questions. He won our offer out of 35 offers and analyzed the market so carefully that our offer was not over appraisal value. Our offer was not selected by seller at first, but he talked to seller’s agent very professionally while I was with him at Starbucks coffee and convinced her to reconsider our offer.
