She assessed how we address projects and adjusted to our needs very well. Saman was very good about explaining the details at each step of the process. Although there had been some changes to the law with regard to brokers for the seller and the buyer recently, Sam was knowledgeable in the basics and how it would affect us. She interacted with her seller broker counterpart on our behalf. The seller made certain requests of us which we were able to satisfy. We were able to get one or two items corrected such as a hole in the drywall in the garage to bring the condo we were buying up to code. This was done with a minimum of interaction on our part and efficient communication Saman and her counterpart. She listened to our needs, found a condo that we liked in a neighborhood that we liked, very quickly. She helped us negotiate a proper price.
