Srini started off with what factors I was looking for including proximity to Bart , high probability of rental , Schools , proximity to shopping malls among other things, and also not to discount the rental customers we wanted to target. Srini has been extremely helpful in educating me on all the above factors and never hesitated or have been impatient while showing me various properties. We might have gone over at least 20 properties before finally deciding on my rental property that I have purchased. During all this process, Srini has been diligent, accommodative and very cheerful which made my buying experience a very memorable one. Srini has also made the buying experience very easy by coordinating with the Lenders, Banks , helping with useful tips during the loan approval process , working with county and the title companies in getting the documents in place, and following up with me for every document that was time critical and that needed attention. I almost did not have to worry about anything as I always felt that Srini would back up for anything that I might have slacked off or have not taken care of. Over all it was a wonderful experience in working with him and I strongly recommend Srini to anyone who wants to experience an excellent service.
