In 2009 she and her husband Paul recognized Meena’s Indian Kitchen providing classes in their West Kelowna, BC home. In 2013 she decided to pass along the “secrets of her kitchen” and printed her cook book, “Indian Inspired Cuisine” containing 100 recipes, with 75 being vegetarian and 78 being gluten free. This book, which became a work of love, contains her own recipes as well as a few favorites donated by members of her family.
