Full no-nonsense professional service was what we needed moving to a new house and Premier Carpet and Flooring provided it as promised. The installation crew was nice, professional and courteous. After being grossly misquoted from another carpet and flooring company we found Premier. Brian took the time to review our floor plans and sent someone immediately to measure. Premier's estimation of square footage and pricing was closer to what was expected. The carpet came in approximately 2 weeks and was installed the next day. The installation crew worked tirelessly to get the job done. They were respectful to us and our home. The outcome was amazing. I highly recommend the professionalism of Premier.

Bryan knows more about carpet and flooring then anyone I've ever talked to. He suggested a certain type of carpet for my office in my basement. He told me it would survive the dampness in my basement, which was a concern of mine. Well 6 years later the carpet squares look as good as the day they were installed. Just had my upstairs carpet replaced with a beautiful Mohawk carpet : about 1100 square feet. Premier has a large selection of Mohawk samples to choose from. They will not try to upsell you by offering carpet and padding that you might not need. They determine what your carpet needs are and make the appropriate recommendation. Owner/salesperson Bryan is personable and easy to work with. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the carpet I purchased and the professional installation.

What a pleasure doing business with Bryan at Premier. The selection and range of pricing was more than I had expected. But here's the most unbelievable part of the entire experience...One would expect that after at least 6 visits, signing out carpet samples each time, I would make the perfect selection. But did I? NO! The installers arrived, did a great job installing and left. Looking around at my brand new carpet It took everything I had not to cry. I've always had solid carpeting and I truly didn't like the pattern I had chosen. I waited a day or two to see if it might 'grow on me but with no success. I went back to the store prepared to spend the money to do it all over again but with a solid color. To my amazement, between Bryan's kind personality and his incredible warranty, I was asked to select another carpet. He had his installers come take the patterned carpet out they had just installed days ago, replacing it with the new, and I never spent another cent! That just doesn't happen too often in today's world. So grateful and although I can't promise to get all my future decisions right, I can promise I will never make a flooring purchase anywhere else. Premier Carpet is the #1 go to store for flooring. The owner, Brian, saved me, in the nick of time, from purchasing a vastly inferior product from a 1-800 company. I purchased, Armstrong Bruce, a gorgeous high quality hardwood product from Premier Carpet, for less than i was ready to pay for an inferior thin wood. i truly feel blessed to have found Premier Flooring in time to save me from making a big mistake.

Who said good customer service doesn’t exist anymore? I called these folks before the store opened on a Monday to leave a message. Ed was there early, answered the call and invited me to come in at at anytime . After walking my girlfriend through all the selections later that morning, he offered to come to the house 15 minutes away after closing time. We were surprised that he would offer this after a long work day. He came by at 830 pm as he promised to take all of the measurements, make final recommendations, and pick up the numerous samples he had lent us. Long story short, Ed delivered all of the pieces we ordered one week early, all exactly as described. Well done. Owner Bryan and Ed were honest and classy all the way. Good prices with excellent product and trustworthy people as well. Way to go guys! Thank you.

I highly recommend Premier. They were recommended to me by a contractor I respect after I found a problem with my subfloor. They fixed the damage and replaced a parquet floor with a laminate. The floor moulding in our house is pretty unique and Brian worked with me to find a very close match. He's a nice fellow who was helpful to us in deciding what to do and what flooring to choose. But he was not pushy or pressuring. The installer did a great job. Four thumbs up (me and my wife). :-)

Our family was in the market for hardwood flooring and carpets for. a remodel and I think we went to every store in 40 mile radius and was not happy with the choices. Of course, the last place was right in our town and we loved not only the hardwood options but also the carpet - score! The salesman was very patient, loaned us samples and answered our million questions we had. Now that it is all installed it looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the quality and service we received.

We had hardwood floors installed in our home about 5 years ago, and were so pleased with the customer service, installation, and overall experience (and the floors still look awesome!) that we are using Bryan and his team again to install flooring in the new home we are purchasing in a few weeks. Bryan is extremely helpful and knowledgable, and seemed genuinely excited to help us design the look of our new home. I was looking to replace the bamboo floor in my house and was searching for a local business. I visited Premier Flooring based on the excellent reviews. And WOW!! I could not be happier with how it worked out. Bryan (the owner) is super knowledgeable with flooring and absolute pleasure to work with. They have a wide variety of wood floor options and very fair pricing. The installers (Carlos & his crew) were punctual and polite & did an impeccable job with the installation. I went ahead with the Triangulo Brazilian Cherry and I absolutely love the floor. Will definitely work with Premier again to install wood floor on the upper level.

This review is over a year late but I hope it helps anyway. I went to Premier to carpet a small bedroom I had recently gutted and rehabbed. I worked with one of the salesman (Bob?) and selected a carpet and appropriate padding to ensure a quiet comfortable room. Since I was trimming they also told me what gaps to leave for the installers. The installers came on time and were very friendly and professional. When I had taken my original measurements, I had excluded the closet because I didn't think it was necessary and would add cost. The installers had more than enough left over and insisted they could easily do it. They neatly emptied the closet of my tools and carpeted it with the same quality and care as the rest of the room. The price was fair and the service from start to finish was exceptional. 5 stars.

amazing experience here! we were looking to re-carpet a couple rooms, and were keen on a local place rather than a box store. Bryan was fantastic, after we agonized about several carpet choices, he plopped one down in front of me that was perfect and that we immediately chose. The installers were also great, they told me that there had been some moisture and damage under the carpet we were trying to replace and that the entire tack strip had to be pulled up and replaced which wasn't something they normally did but they spent extra time doing it for us. My family loves the carpet, it was the perfect choice for our rooms, many thanks to Premier Carpet!
