Rated 5.0 After having very good experience in using SFL Worldwide services for Courier service to India a few times in the past four years, and for boxes via ocean, I inquired if they could help me with a move within the US. I was surprised when they said yes, and with their ability to meticulously plan, coordinate and execute my move from the east coast to west coast in Apr 2025, without a glitch. Mr. Nirav Shah was very responsive and he was available to answer any questions. We were concerned due to the many “moving parts” with a potential for problems in the various steps involved. Our furniture came intact without any problems, and our 70+ large boxes with other belongings made it through the 2600 miles without any problems. The follow-up from Mr. Nirav Shah and the operations guy, Mr. Pal, was excellent. If I need to move again, I would not hesitate to use their services.

It’s fast and easy, however I am giving 4 stars because the representatives speak with a very heavy accent and it’s next to impossible to understand what they are saying or asking. I don’t really see why the phone call is even necessary, I’ve never had a rep call to verify anything when I’ve shipped with other companies. Other than that, I have no complaints and will continue to use SFL in the future.

I was initially told that the cost for sending the required box would be $57 provided I should not cross the weight of 9LB. I filled up the box till 8.85 LB. Now the same person tells me that the cost will be $75. It was a surprise to me. 2. I was told that on sending electronic good 75-80% of excise duty will be charged by the india custom department. I did not send any electronic goods but still I was charged Rs4700/- as n excise duty. My point is while booking please set a clear expectation that X amout of money might be charged with 10-15% variance. Well , I had no choice but to pay the money to get the parcel deliverd. So what started to be $57 ended in $75 + $56 = $131. I would request you all to give realistic budget right at the begining.

I placed an order, I got a call from their representative to confirm the booking and once I confirmed, they generated a FedEx label. All I need to walk-in to FedEx and drop-off the envelop. It reached on 4th business day to Hyderabad. Here I need to give credit to FexEx :) I would use their service for sure in future.
