I prepared 3 form 7004 extensions but I was charged for 4 7004 extensions. I explained the problem in an earlier post to ExtensionTax.com--that one has to pay before one can see the form 7004 and in that process I found there was a duplicate extension after I paid but before I filed. There should be (1) an internal check that prevents duplicate filings from being charged and (2) viewing of the 7004 filings before charging one's credit card. Actually being able to see the form 7004 rather than relying on what was entered is a better quality control step. I requested a refund of the charge for the duplicate. So what happened since my post. 1st, ExtensionTax.com responded promptly and resolved ALL of my issues. They informed me they had a management meeting to discuss the various suggestions and decided to implement them. 2nd, Regarding being charged for a duplicate they processed a credit to refund the duplicate charge. 3rd, they explained they are always interested in customer's feedback and my experience with them was proof of that. I liked their approach and will continue to use them in the future.
