Rated 5.0 We came here today and Sharanya helped us pick out jewelry. She was so kind and very patient with us as we tried on lots of different earrings and sets! I would recommend her to anyone who comes in the store, she’s very good. We had a great time at tanishq and we will be back here again because we loved it here.

Rated 5.0 Disappointing Experience with Earring Purchase We recently purchased a pair of earrings from Tanishq for our child, and unfortunately, we've encountered a significant issue. The earring posts are unusually short, making it impossible for them to fit properly. We've bought many pairs of earrings for her in the past from various retailers and have never experienced such a fitting problem. When we approached the store regarding this, the staff did not acknowledge it as a potential design flaw. We were also informed that an exchange was not possible as it was past the 14-day return window. We believe a 14-day return policy is quite restrictive by typical US retail standards, especially for an item that may not have its fitting issue discovered immediately. Furthermore, we asked the manager if they could modify the earrings to address the fitting issue, but this request was also denied. This is the first time in my experience to hear a jeweler refusing to modify fitting issues. As a result, we are left with an unusable item. This level of customer service is not what we expected from Tanishq, and we are very disappointed. We will not be returning to this store and cannot recommend it to others.

The store itself is very neatly maintained and gives off a warm, inviting vibe with strong Indian cultural touches — it truly feels like stepping into a little piece of home. However, I did find the selection to be quite limited when it comes to modern or contemporary styles, especially considering it’s located in the U.S. Most of the pieces were traditional, which are beautiful but not quite what I was looking for. While they did offer to create custom pieces, I was hoping to make a same-day purchase. Great service and ambiance, but could use more variety in their inventory to cater to a broader audience.
