About The Urban Turban

The Urban Turban is an upscale fast-food establishment serving Mediterranean and South Asian cuisine. In 2002, former engineer and food aficionado Asad Abbasi joined two Lebanese friends to open a Mediterranean restaurant. Over the years, the influence of his own native cuisine of Punjab, Pakistan began to appear in the food. In 2010, the restaurant reopened as The Urban Turban, offering a unique take on cuisine ranging from traditional Middle Eastern staples like hummus and falafel to South Asian inspired foods like Tandoori Chicken and a rotating menu of over 20 spicy vegetable sides.

Rated 5.0 Owner or manager very helpful!! I asked for my food to be prepared a certain way because of health issues he did a great job!! I didnt chew my food well and was choking a cary police officer David Jones saved my life manager made sure i was ok a very nice restaurant good people thanks!!!!

Rated 5.0 Stopped by and Asad fixed us an assortment meal, and it was absolutely fantastic. This is a great little gem of a restaurant and served with a personal touched only to be found by a family-run business.

Rated 5.0 Absolutely LOVE the lunch buffet! I hate buffets because I don't find food to be fresh. That is not the case here. The tabouli, chicken, pita, cauliflower, curry-all TDF! Love, love, love it! My only suggestion is to serve the buffet in the evening as well! There'd be tons my kids would love, too!
