Belinda Baer, RYT has been teaching yoga since 2001 when she received her Yoga Teacher Certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She uses yoga to facilitate growth and healing in her own life and is dedicated to facilitating growth and healing in her students’ lives. Private and semi-private lessons are ideal for individuals who don’t have the time to attend a scheduled yoga class and for individuals who may feel intimidated by a large group class. Classes can be in your home or in the private Wise Woman Ayurveda Studio. We also do consultations for ayurveda treatment
