I live near Blackhawk and received a flyer about this places grand opening so I went and got the intermediate head care package. I did not know what to expect but wow am I amazed, it feels like I have a new set of hair and the whole experience was very relaxing. They used a machine to analyze my scalp and they used infrared light to show me that all of my hair follicles were clogged, after the service they showed me again and needless to say I feel like a new person. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!

I called, and the lady told me they only had the option of buying it in store, but after letting her know why I was trying to get it she told me she'd figure it out and call me back. That same day, we worked it out and she told me she'd mail it to my friend's house along with a note that I had written for her. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and sent me a photo via text of her hand-delivering the gift card ALONG WITH FLOWERS SHE GOT because she knew it was my friend's birthday. I didn't ask her to do this, nor did she ask for any extra money. I offered to pay more and she said, No I don't need the money thank you you give me a chance let me make someone happy. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE frequent this business for me - if I'm ever back in the area I would definitely go and spend money there based on this interaction alone. I came here for my first head spa experience and it was great! First, they show what your scalp looks like and explain what you are seeing. The experience is very relaxing. They wash your scalp and hair and you get a massage while you have a hair mask on. Afterwards, they show you what your scalp looks like again. I could see how clean it was. I definitely recommend!

First time here and I feel brand new. I have thick hair and my hair feels wayyy lighter and so smooth. Eye smoking mask made me fall asleep. They even tie your hair up and blow dry it for you. Anna was the best. Experience was worth it!! Definitely going to come back.
