Avasar catered for engagement party of 100+ people for us in downtown Philadelphia. Gaurav, Director of Catering , was simply superb. Right from our first phone call until the day of the event -Gaurav was personally helping and supervising every aspect - small or big and he made sure the event was a smashing success. He guided us through menu selection , catering logistics and coordination with the event hotel staff. The food was extremely tasty, served in excellent style, with professional catering staff . Our guests loved the food - the selection of appetizers, pairings of vegetarian and chicken and lamb dishes and the dessert was perfect. Avasar catering made the event a memorable one for us ! They are more responsive, efficient, professional and reasonably priced compared to any other caterers in the region.
