100Strings a school of Hindustani (North Indian) Classical Music providing instruction on the Santoor to a varied age group of students in New York and New Jersey area. It is founded by Deepal Chodhari. Deepal Chodhari has been pursuing the santoor since the past 20 years from her guruji, Shri Dineshkumar Sampat (immediate disciple of Shri Kartik Kumar). Her students have accolades and prizes in acclaimed Hindustani Classical music events and competitions. She trains students for curriculum based learning for Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal and SAMVED certification exams. Classes are held at Plainsboro, NJ on weekdays and weekends. For distant students, classes are held on Skype. Group Lessons and Private lessons are organized based on the student’s learning skills. Students range from children, youth, adults to senior citizens. Each class is a session of one hour.
