About AdmissionsCheckup

We only employ former admissions officers. Get a former admissions officer to critique your college application BEFORE it is sent to colleges. In 24-72 hours they will review and critique a draft version of your college application/college essay. Our admissions officers worked at Yale, Princeton, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins, NYU, Duke, UCLA, Northeastern, Vanderbilt, Northwestern (see the full list https://admissionscheckup.com/our-admissions-officers/). They give suggestions and an honest assessment of admissions chances and they will not be nice!!! What better way than to ask someone who has actually worked on the admissions committee. We specialize in college admissions services, college essay help, college application help/college application assistance and graduate school application help.

Rated 5.0 As a busy parent removed from how the college admissions process has evolved since we went through it as high school students, I found Stephanie Klein Wassink and AdmissonsCheckup to be a godsend. It's tough to be able to know what admissions officers are expecting and what enables students to stand out - to have AdmissionsCheckup help us through this process was invaluable. Both my kids were clients and were accepted into their first choice schools. I highly recommend them!

Rated 5.0 Wow! First class! Stephanie Klein Wassink and her staff are so professional and also so caring. They understand that every child is an individual that doesn't fit into a cookie cutter mold Admissions Checkup was an eye opening experience. The 3 former admissions officers were helpful and each had different insight on how to improve my sons application. Having a chance to go over the comments with Klein Wassink and staff was priceless
