Hi I am Ajay P. Singh Associate VP of Mortgage Lending. I do have over 10 years of experience in a family retail business. Strong client focus and helping people are my greatest strengths. As owning Real Estate is the ultimate dream of most people however most describe the overall process as somewhat stressful. My greatest passion is to help clients by understanding their specific situation and giving them access to the best Mortgage programs while providing excellent service. It is indeed very satisfying to see clients realize their dream of Real Estate ownership. I know that no single mortgage program is the right one for every client, and so I have been extensively trained in a range of modalities including First time home buyers, low-cost programs, FHA Loans, and Conventional financing and much more. My reason for joining Guaranteed Rate, Inc. is due to the fact I am a tremendous supporter of the good cause. A great example of this is the Guaranteed Rate Foundation. The Foundation has helped more than 300 individuals and distributed more than $250,000 in aid related to financial hardship, acute medical needs, disaster relief funds, and scholarship assistance.
