Akshay started out in the Mortgage industry as an intern while attending the University of California, Riverside. Starting out as an intern allowed him to go through every department Including, but not limited to: Retail, Opening, Processing, Underwriting, and Funding. He ended up finding a home in Retail and growing from an intern to a marketing assistant for one of the top producers, Adriel Esparza. He continued working under Adriel and became his Junior Mortgage Lender and after graduating from UCR, he became a fully licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in San Diego!
