It can even be downright frustrating sometimes. Here at Madison Mortgage, we believe in a different approach to alleviate that. With our collective vast knowledge of lending guidelines as well as an instilled belief that educating clients about every step in the process is a must, we can overcome any obstacle and get you into the right product that you’ll be happy in. My real estate experience comes from a multitude of different sources. My first experience in real estate was with my dad when he would take me along to his open houses. He would have me do all types of small jobs, from printing up signs to making sure all the “Come on in!” balloons were inflated in time for the showing. Even though I didn’t know it then, those moments taught me how to go above and beyond for clients and how to make them realize that the American dream of owning a home is still real and possible. From that, I followed my passion for real estate at Baruch College in New York City. I graduated in 2016 with honors in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate. I then joined Ernst and Young as a Wealth and Asset Management Auditor while also working in their Transactional Real Estate Group. During my time there, I worked with various investment firms and hedge funds with assets under management ranging from $49 billion to $80 billion. My primary job there was to make sure all collateral used for material commercial loans was evaluated properly. I soon found that I was truly happy in the one-on-one transactions. I love connecting with my clients on a personal level, especially knowing I can help them achieve their dream of home ownership.
