Our carpet cleaning pricing structure is based on the whole square footage of each home or room. That way our pricing won't change if the rooms are bigger than expected. It is one of the things that makes Anderson Carpet Cleaning different. We don't quote one price; then due to room size, change the price once we arrive to your Seattle Metro or Greater Eastside home or business. Most companies price by the square foot of each room, but at our company, room size does not matter. For example, some companies offer specials of 2 areas for $99.00, once they get there if the rooms are over 250 sf, then they charge additional, this is where they get you. We will NEVER do that. Anderson Carpet Cleaning has five vans with the latest steam cleaning equipment for all residential cleaning needs as well a large “Fuso” truck which offers the ability to clean apartments up as high as the tenth floor! In keeping with the latest in environmentally friendly cleaning soaps and sanitizers, Lisa is always making sure that each product she uses is organic. In fact, she encourages her customers to use the waste water extracted from their home to water their plants and they will flourish!

He worked extra hard on the high traffic areas and they look great! Brought new life to my 14 year old carpet! Friendly, helpful, and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

Rated 5.0 Excellent local carpet cleaning company. Truck mounted unit - much better in our experience than the 'dry' cleaning method. Technician was very helpful and conscientious. They use corner protectors to prevent the hose from damaging the walls & corner baseboards. Super clean end result. Pricing is very fair - I've used others that are a few bucks cheaper but they're not as careful & helpful. Others may be good - these folks are great!
