Rated 5.0 I can't thank Aryan and Arshia enough. They really made it happen for us under very very very trying circumstances. We were all set with another company and it was highly reputed but at the last minute they could not secure our second loan as they had not done their due diligence. Aryan and Arshia agreed to take over our loan even though they were the sellers brokers and delivered. Aryan crunched the numbers and worked tirelessly with us to make it happen. This was all while we were already in Escrow. It was a highly stressed situation for us but they were very reassuring and handled everything with the utmost professionalism and care. Really -- if you're looking to get a mortgage work with these guys. They are extremely smart and know how to get things done the right way. They don't just say stuff to get the job. I'll be doing it again with them for sure.
