Rated 5.0 If I can recommend a lender it would be her, I had horrible credit but she worked her magic for me to be able to qualify for a good fha loan, she even made sure which loan was best for me. She also helped me raise my credit and gave me advice on what to do. She helped me close my loan and give my family a home right on time!

Rated 5.0 Azita was a great communicator. She was quite responsive in keeping me in loop and providing me inputs about what can be expected in next steps for me to be prepared. She gave very nice recommendations about various aspects of home buying. We closed our escrow in amazing time, quite fast even when there were public holidays in between. Azita was key in coordinating with various other parts of the escrow like insurance, realtor etc. I would highly recommend Azita for your home buying.

We planned to purchase our property under special circumstances; We had limited time to close our deal due to financial complications, we were in a very competitive market, challenges of COVID-19 pandemic were present, and escrow was functioning with limited staff. Despite all these circumstances, Azita was able to close our loan even earlier than the time it was scheduled. We needed someone knowledgeable and experienced with a great fighting spirit on our side to help us close this deal and Azita was the exact person who could have helped us get our desired and loved home.
