Shishuasana
It is also known as child pose, to perform this yoga, do the following:
· Sit on your heels and keep your hips on the heels, then bend forward so that your forehead is touching the floor.
· Keep the arms to the side so that your palms facing up. Gently press your chest on the thighs.
· Hold and relax for a couple of minutes.
· And get to your relaxation position.
Setu Bandhasana
It is also called as bridge pose
First, lie on your back. And fold your knees
· Stretch your feet hip 10-12 inches from your pelvis, with knees and ankles in a straight line.
· Keep your arms beside now inhale slowly and lift your lower back, with your shoulders, arms and feet now feel your bottom firm up in this pose.
· Thighs should be parallel to each other
· Now breathe easily.
· Hold this posture for a minute or two and exhale to release the pose.
Bhujangasana
It is also known as Cobra pose
· Lie on your stomach facing the floor
· Keep your legs close together
· Now place your hands below your shoulders and raise
· Take a deep breath while lifting your head while keeping your navel on the floor.
· Keep breathing. Keep your shoulders relaxed.
· Don’t stress yourself, relax and breathe.
Apart from yoga follow a healthy diet, 8-9 hrs sleep, 4 litres of water/day and load yourself with essential nutrients.
