Practicing self healing includes methods like hands resting on the eyes/ears, hands overlapping on top of the head, hands on the hip and one hand on the chest and other where the ribs come together.
Do not worry if your healing procedures and methods are not effective at the initial stages. Every therapy method takes a considerable amount of time to show its effectiveness. Remember, at the end it is your mind that should forget the past hurts and depression to come to a conscious calm level. Reiki healing treatment is one of the most beneficial methods with no side-effects. The more you work with Reiki, the deeper the energy flows and gets into you.
