Rated 5.0 I’m forever so appreciative for everyone at Casavante for their hard work, expertise and never quit attitude for my jewelry and projects! After getting married I lost one of my bridal earrings, of huge sentimentalvalue to me. I’d gone all around Austin looking for a jeweler to replicate my earring. No one ever took up the project. Said it was impossible, can’t get the mold, for foreign jewelry. I went to Amrit and he held on to my earring until he found a vendor who would replicate my earring! It’s perfect!! And they took the care to present it in a lovely Le Vian bag, for me it’s the little details. I’ve since had several other projects with them working with Amrit and Aritzun, on sizing my family ring (ruby ring shown) and upgrading my engagement ring! It was actually really great because they had diamond, lab diamond, and moissanite! I ended up choosing a 3 carat moissanite because it was ethical, affordable, and literally flawless!! I love it (pictured)! Alfredo in the back, does the jewelry work and has 50 years of expertise and you can really tell the craft and care in his work! I know I can always rely on Casavante to accomplish all of my jewelry needs and projects! Best jeweler I’ve come across in Austin by far!

Rated 5.0 I can’t thank Amrit enough for this beautiful ring he designed for me. Because of you my fiancé really nailed it. This perfect VVS 3.5 karat diamond gets me compliments everywhere I go and I mean everywhere. You can’t find craftsmanship like this anywhere. I can’t wait for him to make my band and Jonathan’s too. Will definitely be coming here for all my jewelry!! We live in Florida and he made this transaction so safe easy !! Thank you again.

Rated 5.0 My wife and I visited the Casavante in Lakeline Mall on a whim. After a short conversation with some of the friendliest staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in any customer service industry, we left my wife’s rings to be resized. She was nervous. She’s worn these rings for twenty years. Of course the thoughts of “how is this going to turn out,” and “I hope they don’t get lost” were there. The turnaround time was exceptional and the rings looked as good, if not better, than when they were originally purchased. If not for the fact the rings fit like they should after picking them up we would never know the rings had been resized. It’s been said you can only have two of the three - Inexpensive, Fast, Quality. Casavante broke that rule and provided all three along side superior customer service

Rated 5.0 This is the second time I have done business here and they never fail with amazing customer service, follow ups and greetings! I sizes my wedding band the first time and the second time I replaced the stone and had a minor repair, TK assisted me and his customer service was impeccable! He takes care of all customers and acknowledges everyone with respect! He never made me feel looked down on which I’ve received from other jewelry stores, the price was fair!!! I will be doing more business here soon and having them create some pieces in the future!!! I wish you all much success

He didn't push me to buy anything whatsoever and educated me on different jewels, settings and pretty much anything I needed to know. I didn't buy anything as I just needed my size but I will absolutely be ordering from here in the future. Thank you Josue for your knowledge and being so kind
