About ChocoVivo
ChocoVivo handcrafts small batches of dark chocolate using traditional stone-grinding methods dating back over 2000 years ago. We work with our grower to select specially fermented beans that will bring out a unique flavor. From using only whole cacao nibs to whole spices the ingredients are as Mother Nature in-tended our food to be. Our mantra is “Simple Is Better.” We are a bean-to-bar chocolate factory. Our beans are sourced direct-from-grower in Tabasco, MX. Our beans are specially fermented and stone ground using very traditional methods similar to how Mayans and Aztecs made chocolate. We have a cafe & retail bar, and production kitchen in our flagship space.
