About Chuao Chocolatier
Chuao Chocolatier (pronounced chew-WOW) is the first Venezuelan Chocolatier based in the United States and Southern California''s premier artisan chocolatier. Creative flavor combinations are at the heart of Chuao Chocolatier''s decadent chocolate experience including: Firecracker, a chipotle caramel fudge truffle with popping candy, a hint of salt, and dark chocolate and Pan Con Chocolate, a dark chocolate bonbon filled with toasted Panko bread crumbs, olive oil ganache with a touch of sea salt. Chuao Chocolatier has expanded the menu to include numerous drinking chocolate and espresso beverages, gelatos and seasonal creations. They now own and operate two chocolate cafes, and one chocolate boutique in San Diego county.

Rated 5.0 Chuao Chocolate comes in a variety of flavors. It is a rich real chocolate that tasted absolutely delicious. I like the honey comb bar and the sea salt bar the best. They also make boxed candy with a variety of flavors.

Rated 5.0 They have ruined me for all other chocolate! And seriously the BEST customer service I've ever experienced! Also, if you ever visit their stores in CA, you must try the dark chocolate passion fruit truffle. It's my all time favorite!

Rated 5.0 This bar is ridiculous. The rocky road bar is like the other reviewer said: a few almonds and stale marshmallows thrown onto the back of a solid chocolate bar. Seriously disappointing.
