Rated 5.0 These guys always take care of my Volkswagen Passat (2009) Sam is friendly and lets you know details of any problems they find versus the dealership just throw numbers at you. This time i went there for brakes and he told me all the wear only on both front and did not try to sell me on all 4 brakes when only 2 were needed. Also i have replced water pump and belt. It can be tough to swollow the cost of Volkswagen repair, but Sam has a good pricing. I was happy to find out that the parts and service come with a 2 years warranty

Rated 5.0 Shawn is the 3rd generation tech from his technician-family. I'm JAGUAR Supercharged XJR owner here. Heard some funny noises coming from the front. Thought it was the engine. Turns out it was nothing bad at all, and it took Shawn all of 2 minutes driving it to figure it out, than he fixed it. He is the JAGUAR whisperer. My car has never been running smoother and he's taught me a lot. Honest, good prices and will tell you how it is and helped me with a wheel issue i was having.

Rated 5.0 That's all there is to it. Best car repair experience i have ever had. My '09 VOLVO S60 they took this car from limping into the repair shop back to the performance it had when i bought it in 2009. This team of Volvo mechanics Rockkks!

Rated 5.0 Took my car to a Jaguar dealer center and they quoted me $5300 in repairs to replace computer modules etc....(Long list...) When I bring my Jaguar to DESI auto they were able to clean a sensor and fix the problem for $40. Not a fancy place like a dealer but team of smart mechanics.

Rated 5.0 I took our mercedes Banz S-550 here for a regular service and to have The backup alarm checked out. The backup alarm was not as loud as it had been before. It essentially was not audible and non-functional...VERY unsafe! I had it to Mercedes Benz of cherry Hill twice and was told: " That' s how it is. It can' t be adjusted." The guys at Desi Auto care actually checked it out on their computer, and found it was set at only 40% They turned it up, and what do you know, I can hear it like it used to be. Huh! So if you actually do the work, you can fix things. I guess some shops don't think this small repair is worth their time. Desi Auto care is a professional shop. Andrew and Sean made my car right and care about what they do.

Rated 5.0 Union Park BMW Wilmington, Delaware wanted to charge me $1000 for new transmission connector sleeve, They also wanted to charge me $300 for cabin filter and oil change. Plus I have to listen to BMW's continual BS and satisfaction survey harassment. So I took my car to Desi Auto Care, a very well-known BMW specialist shop in New Jersey. The new transmission connector sleeve and the cabin filter and oil change (Shawn the great guy!) He charged me total $428. From my home in Delaware to Desi Auto Care is 90 minutes one way, but who cares? I will drive happily to this honest shop.

Rated 5.0 I had actually planned to stop in to schedule my '03 AUDI cigarette lighter to be repaired. Spoke with Shawn about not getting power and he suggested i leave the car for an hour. I was little apprehensive to do this fearing a return to a $500 bill, but i'm glad i did. Not only did Shawn fix the lighter but he also adjusted my washer jets. When i asked for the bill Shawn just said "NO CHARGE" I have to say that i have owned many German cars over the years and even sold BMW's for 7 years. In this period I have never been comped with anything. These guys are a rare breed because they not only care about customers but have knowledge that in my opinion exceeds the dealer level. They even stock SWEPCO Lubricants which are by far the best for any German cars.

Rated 5.0 Awesome service by Desi Auto Care. On a road trip to Atcantic City and the radiator on my BMW takes a dump! Having no idea where to take it, I'm so happy that I have found Desi Auto Care. They got me in and out the same day with no B.S. and on the road again at a reasonable rate. Close to Philadelphia as well. Thanks!

Rated 5.0 Repairs done: AC, Fuel pump, Window regulator and Grrrrrr... sound under engine. I drive a 2012 Mini cooper Countryman and was very excited to know that Desi Auto Care works on these. I've taken my mini in for major and minor things and I'm always very pleased with the service. The folks there are very professional and always make sure that I am taken care of. Everyone there is pretty much a badass. I recommend this place to anyone with a Mini or BMW.
