They supposedly fixed the transmission after they allegedly tested Trans. This was not why took car to them instead had other issues but I changed mind after finding out price for trans was as much as all other labor parts combined. Agreed then to let them fix but have to wait week or and half and so did but work was not worth $1500. This is for the 2000 Pontiac Bonneville that my mother has gave me to use so I left on bus Nov 2, 2015 to Selma, OR and got back with car to Topeka, KS Nov 14, 2015 with no mechanical issues. I''m angry, disappointed due to lack or service with time and professional repairs, and to seek claims action for refund of what was paid to them so can get car fixed elsewhere and tags renewed or switched to KS but need inspect first. These guys fixed brakes and another issue with my old car I had from 2011 to 2014 and made lots of trips in but not going to them again and only went this time since manager and owner both have used Desi for years but now manager says he''s not going back either.
