When you place an order on us, it is processed to ensure that the items on your order are carefully picked individually from your favorite store, they are packed, loaded on our air-conditioned trucks. Based on the delivery window selected, your packages are delivered to your doorstep during that 4-hour window. Orders received before 5 PM EST, are scheduled for delivery the next day. We currently do not offer same-day delivery service. Also note that different geographical areas have different delivery schedules.
