DEVI’S wasn’t always called DEVI’S. After major success in malls across United States on carts as Mario’s of Palm Springs, Debbie (mom) knew there was something missing. If she and all her employees could sell clothes successfully with no dressing room, imagine how much better they would be with one. You read that correctly. Of all the successful carts across the United States not one had a changing room. Changing rooms depended on what kind of neighbors in the mall were going to let them use their changing rooms, or more famously let them use the bathroom. Obviously, girl scouts honor and trust back was in place back then.
