They have always been proactive about finding savings for me and 100% responsive to my needs. I recently was in need of documentation of my insurance over the weekend and Pete immediately offered his personal cell phone number and told me not to worry about it. He made a special trip to the office on a Saturday and got me everything i needed, and immediately followed up with a phone call. I am a customer for life!

Rated 5.0 What a great experience I have had working with Mia and Pete. I never wanted to switch insurance companies because it would be time consuming and thought I had to put together a bunch of paperwork...I was wrong this was so EASY to switch. I saved over $400.00 dollars a year and yes that included more coverage on auto alone! If you want to save money I recommend giving them a call and get a quote! Thank you!

Rated 5.0 I could not more strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they have zero competence or professional ability to process or account for their policies. We purchased 6 policies with them and then we had to follow up with them over 10 times just to get them bound. Some of them were never even bound. These incompetent agents all they have done is give me a complete run around. Now that we want refunds, they are completely ignoring us. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere if you want Erie insurance, don't waste your time with these fools. I can't even imagine how bad they would be if you needed to file a claim.
