Rated 5.0 My experience at this wonderful Hotel reaching the reservation desk given a beautiful cold towel to wipe and refresh my hands checking in with less than a minute or two walking into my room took my breath away the service is phenomenal small issues that arose with other guests that were with me were resolved immediately and to great satisfaction.

Rated 5.0 My wife and I decided to celebrate our great day there at the eilan found all the staff in its entirety very very attentive and accommodating as the weather gave us a little scare and of course as things change they were willing to change some of the venue items we needed would definitely consider them again and think of them as a great wedding destination

Rated 5.0 Our stay was AMAZING! The hotel staff was friendly from entry to departure. read my comments about our anniversary getaway. Shani and Amber greeted us with a warm welcome, sent champagne with chocolate strawberries to our room and made our weekend staycation PERFECT! The brunch at Sustenio was hands down one of the most gorgeous and delicious buffets in town. Highly recommend staying at the Elian as an out of town or local guest!

Rated 5.0 As soon as I checked into my room, I noticed there was a piece of a cinnamon roll on the floor, pieces of food scattered around and dirty carpet that had not been vacuumed. I immediately called the front desk. The front desk attendant that answered didn’t apologize, she just said that someone would stop by to take care of it.

Rated 5.0 Very beautiful hotel and spacious rooms. Great location to six flags, shopping and dining. Pretty easy drive downtown and to sea world as well. However there were a few customer service issues and service inconsistencies but they did tried to do service recovery. Dinner at restaurant is better than breakfast. The market is a great option.
