Rated 5.0 Empire Customs is a quality clothier. They know suits and they do a very good job considering the price points. I am sure that you can get better suits than this in Toronto but not at this price. Very good value for money and great customer service. Recommended!

He was very knowledgeable and gave recommendations on colours and styles. The prices were reasonable and the quality was very good. I received so many compliments for my suit and will continue to use Empire Customs going forward. Thanks Army!

Rated 2.0 Honestly I had a pretty horrible experience. We went to order a suit and the guy helping us who will remain nameless, was completely unprofessional, rash and literally measured the suit as quickly as possible. No attention to detail, no thought or care. He was clearly just trying to close and get us out as soon as possible, and seemed annoyed by the questions we asked because the suit needed to be shipped internationally. When the suit did arrive in Germany there was a stain on the "complimentary" pocket square that came with the suit, and of course the suit did NOT fit as well as it should have. They were good about providing new pocket squares to replace the stained one, but the service was again pretty horrible. If anything, I think it was a complete lost opportunity on their part for not recognizing the chance to be recommended and represented internationally. I would seriously think twice before getting your suit from here, or at the very least be VERY clear about the specifications of your suit, and don't let anyone tell you to not worry about it because this is what they do.
