The process of dry cleaning uses solvent to remove stains and odors from fabrics. It does not use water in an entire process that's why it is called "dry" cleaning. The process begins with the pretreatment of spots and stains using special cleaning agents. The clothes are then cleaned in a safe solution, the solution is completely extracted out and dried, then the clothes are steam pressed. Dry cleaning helps to return garments to a "like-new" condition using precautions to prevent shrinkage, loss of color, and change of texture or finish.
