Rated 4.0 Diego came over swiftly, he was going to charge a 103 dollars. 10 dollars just for coming by and but i was unsure of paying that much so we negotiated til 49 which is moreso fair, he opened my door under 2 minutes....Overall he was very respectful, fast, reliable. Rated 5.0 My initial phone call was returned right away and they were easily able to come out at a time that worked for me (my situation wasn't urgent so we could schedule it out a few days). The technician was running a little behind the day of my appointment, so he called to let me know and gave me his approximate time of arrival. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everying that I needed to know about the locks that were being installed. He was very courteous and personable as well. It didn't take him long at all to do the work and everything worked and looked great when he was done. I will definitely be using them for all my future locksmith needs.
