So I took it in at the end of a work day and was able to pick it up by noon the next day. Everything went very smoothly and the staff was super friendly. I suggest them for anyone that wants quick and friendly service and a fair price for the work.

Rated 1.0 Their website says they're open at 8am. But they were not open after waiting for 45 minutes. At least one other person was waiting outside their store. Also, if you use Google Maps to get you to their storefront, it will lead you to an apartment building. Their entrance is actually around the corner on 9th st.

Rated 5.0 Brought my Toshiba in 9 months ago. It would turn on but nothing would appear on the screen. They cleaned it up (lots of dust inside) and 'reflowed' it. They gave me the heads up that these types of repairs sometimes don't last, so i purposely waited to review. Here we are 9 months later and it's still working like new. They also charged a reasonable price and had it ready in a couple days.
