A qualified referral is a person willing to provide us with the necessary information to proses application. The program is open to any person over the age of 18 who refers a qualified prospect. The referring person does not have to make a purchase in order to make a referral. The referring person does not have to be insured by us to make a referral. However, the referred person must purchase a policy from Farm Bureau Insurance in order for the referring person to receive a $50 gift card. If the referred person receives a quote but does not purchase a policy, the referring person is ineligible for the $55 gift card but will be entered into our quarterly drawing for a $250 gift card. Gift cards should be mailed within ten business days of referral card receipt at home office. Only one gift card will be issued per new policy written. Current customers are limited to seven gift cards per calendar year. Non-Ontario residents are eligible, but new policies must be Ontario policies.
