Rated 5.0 Harry & Jack turned my engagement ring (grandmother's heirloom) into a masterpiece. I was referred by a family friend but wanted to browse another jeweler prior to going so I could better compare my quotes since I'm young and new to buying jewelry. Harry & Jack blew away the competition: not just in price and quality, but their customer service and authenticity was very respectful, non-judgmental, and caring. They were quick to explain the many modification possibilities that were possible to my grandmother's ring to restore it, maintain it's integrity as an heirloom, and yet tailor it to the interests of my (now) fiancé - Before & After pics attached - The original was cut (arthritis), dirtied after 30+ years of wear, a marquis diamond was missing, and I wanted to add some tsavorite since my girl loves a deep green. They also moved the center marquis diamond to the missing one, then raised the center prong to add a 1 ct diamond, with the adjacent tsavorite, making it pop! - AMAZING! All of us: my parents, fiancé, and my grandmother couldn't be happier with the result and they were all blown away! The engagement went perfectly - thank you Harry & Jack!

Jack and his brother Harry run the store together and I've never felt so comfortable making such a big decision than having them build the ring that I designed myself for my now fiancé. I went into several jewel shops before going into theirs and each one told me something different about what I need to get and costed an insane amount. I went into jack and Harry's shop, they took one look at the picture and specs and said "we can do better" for the same price you're looking for.. and boy did they. Best of all, they started making the ring the day before lockdown and was able to deliver it to my doorstep. We got our wedding bands from them as well and they got them done in one week. They even polished up her engagement ring for her. 10/10 for service, quality and timeliness.
