No one likes to do taxes, but Jonathan takes the pain and stress out of it... not only with his EXTENSIVE knowledge of our tax system but with his easy manner and funny sense of humor! We walk in with a frown and back out with a smile.
This year having our taxes done, was not so great, Couldn't get appt with Johnthan, Which was disappointing, but we got Tony who was very nice, He told us to come back on Monday-to sign the papers, since we had our taxes done on a Saturday, and no one was working in the office that day. When we called, they informed us they sent it out in the mail, we asked why, since we were told we would get a call to come in a take care of it. We came in, and sign our signatures and we thought it was taken care of. Usually we get a e- mail within 24 hrs saying it was accepted from Fed,and State, No email. I called the office on Tuesday and when I explained the situation the young guy that had us sign on Monday he looked and sure enough he forgot to SUBMIT it to the IRS. I'm very disappointed- it seems if Johnthan is not there -things are not up to level you become accustom to. Will have to see and keep my fingers crossed that all will work out.

Mr. Aaron is very professional, however I did not like to wait for 8 hours to be attended because the people who were in control of the list passed to others who were not on the list and when almost get my turn there were around 6 boys stalking the Mr. Aaron office door to enter after the girl before me ( accordingto to the list), so my friend and I stood in front of them and clarified that it was our turn, sincerely I almost leave, I was tired of seeing people go by who was not on the list and waiting from 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm to be attended was very excessive for me, next year I will return only because of Mr. Aaron's professionalism but I hope to do not pass for other experience like this, I suggest improve the time management with the appointments.

When I first met Sukesh 6 months ago at information session, even though I was impressed with his knowledge, I was unsure whether I wanted to go thru another exercise, esp having done a couple of plans previously. We've been using Jay Shah from Virtual Accounting since 2016 and I can only say that it's been the best Accounting decision we've made. He's very thorough and prompt with his compilations and reports. We need to submit Financial Audits every year and Jay has been very diligently providing all extensive Bookkeeping reports to our CPA to assist him with the Audit. He also assists us with business forecasting, budgeting resources and utilizing receivables tracking mechanisms. All in all I would've given him a Seven Star rating if it was available.

I reached out to Mr.Jagdish as we were looking for some help this year. We had to file an additional state tax and we had a few additional questions this year and so we decided to pay for a CPA. I'm so glad we did! First, Mr.Jagdish is extremely professional and very responsive. He responded within 15 minutes of sending a generic request over email on a Saturday afternoon. Second, he sent timely reminders to send over additional documents so the process didn't stall for too long. Third, after completing our taxes he did a comparative analysis of how our taxes/withholding changed from the previous year. It helped us understand a few things about tax withholding and planning for next year. Fourth, we had some questions that required additional research and he was extremely thorough and charged a reasonable fee for his consultation. Finally, we are buying a home this year and we are going to schedule a follow up session to optimize our withholdings and retirement savings in order to avoid lumpy tax bill next season. As others have already stated in their reviews, he conducts his entire business virtually which is a great benefit in and of itself. After the initial conversation with him, I didn’t even bother with shopping around as I genuinely appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend his firm!

Very rarely, you find a CPA and tax accounting practice that actually gives advice. I had such a bad experience with some of the CPA that advertise on the radio. The hardest part of any CPA practice is to give time to its customers, and that's what NRI tax group does. They gave me enough time while filing my taxes. They provided advice that saved me taxes on my stock options, RSU's, and with my foreign tax reporting for India assets and bank accounts. When I first met Sukesh 6 months ago at information session, even though I was impressed with his knowledge, I was unsure whether I wanted to go thru another exercise, esp having done a couple of plans previously. I did not want to pay for another plan where I could not understand why the plan was any better than what I had. When I expressed this concern, Sukesh explanined how he does things, how he can help limit risk for the sought return and made me see value to hiring him. Like me, Sukesh is an engineer by training (but from IIT, the most elite school in India). So he could understand me extremely well as a client. He brings to the table a rare combination of financial planning skills and analytical abilities. Due to his superb analytical skills, he would crunch numbers to show why a certain plan was better than an alternative, something no other planner I have met could do. Very patient, customer focused and always open to looking at alternate ideas, even if it questions his own recommendations. Over the course of 6 weeks we diligently worked on a plan that both of us felt good about and that he then helped execute. The service he gave was worth every penny I paid for. Very rarely, you find a CPA and tax accounting practice that actually gives advice. I had such a bad experience with some of the CPA that advertise on the radio. The hardest part of any CPA practice is to give time to its customers, and that's what NRI tax group does. They gave me enough time while filing my taxes. They provided advice that saved me taxes on my stock options, RSU's, and with my foreign tax reporting for India assets and bank accounts. Please don't waste your time with other CPA's because no one gives advice. By the way, they also specialize in India's tax planning and filing. I also met their sister company NRI Wealth Management. Chetan is a smart and resourceful individual who knows his taxes. Each time i have gone to see him he has saved me sooo much money that the big box tax stores or software have both missed in the past. He is a very bright entrepreneur who has demonstrated his resourcefulness by helping me be aware of certain tax credits and deductions that applied to my circumstance that no one else has ever brought to my attention. Totally incompetent and dishonest people. Highly unprofessional. They'll initially quote a very reasonable price, but when you start working with them, they will ROB YOU and still manage to mess up your taxes.
BE WARE! Avoid this place, You will get scammed! They will lie to your face and bill you for it. Ridiculously high bills for they crappy work. They charged $300 for a 45 minute worthless so called consultation, and lied about the fee and the time spent.They'll tell you they've been around from 2011, when they are only operational from 3 months. They don't know the abc's of taxes, You'll do a better job yourself than having them do it.
