Mahender has been really cooperative, prompt and patient in helping us find our first house. He helped us getting a good house deal. Since we were looking for the house for the first time we had no idea of this field. He helped us understand various processes and educated us on real estate domain. He was never biased for any house (even the one he was selling as the agent) and never pushed us to buy any house. He honestly told us the pros and cons of each house, which helped us filter out based on our requirements. We took around 6 months to finalize the house and he was very patient and accommodating even when we asked him to help us check house in late hours (around 7-8pm). I was in Portland or and trying to get a house in Seattle and move. Mahender was absolutely fantastic. He scheduled showings and dedicated weekend for us. 3 of the first planned showings went sale pending on the Saturday morning we were driving up. Mahender has a very good understanding of the pricing and also very practical. We were able to narrow down from few places and get a house the same weekend (luck is a decent part). We had several places to make an offer but narrowing down which one to pick is a very tricky in the super hot market I was buying where house were going 20% more than asking. Hind sight is 20-20. Any other pick, I would have lost the bid. Mahender is very detail oriented. Getting his view on the condition of the house was a factor in offer process. I have kids and school was a concern and Mahender has experience in this space and it was very useful. Lastly, the fee is very reasonable. He is a terrific realtor and note a friend.

I was in Portland or and trying to get a house in Seattle and move. Mahender was absolutely fantastic. He scheduled showings and dedicated weekend for us. 3 of the first planned showings went sale pending on the Saturday morning we were driving up. Mahender has a very good understanding of the pricing and also very practical. We were able to narrow down from few places and get a house the same weekend (luck is a decent part). We had several places to make an offer but narrowing down which one to pick is a very tricky in the super hot market I was buying where house were going 20% more than asking. Hind sight is 20-20. Any other pick, I would have lost the bid. Mahender is very detail oriented. Getting his view on the condition of the house was a factor in offer process.
